It is bad enough that the writers and producers (who hold some of the blame) simply can’t be bothered to do any fact-checking or even make a god damned timeline for their own writing use. Instead, it seems, they write like they have a bullet-point list in the office that consists of people, places, and events that they randomly throw darts at to determine what Crane will say next, where he will go next, who he knew.
